Ancient Grain Dehulling Plant

The main aim of this project is to enable us to become the UK’s leading commercial producer of spelt wheat, and other ancient grains, that are 100% British and sourced from assured farms. To construct and install a de-hulling and cleaning plant, in a stand to provide “clean” grain, producing a higher quality product which is more sustainable, and achieved with zero waste. It is part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development
